Not only does Alliance do a great job in keeping the facility sparkling clean, they have excellent communication. In addition, it is apparent that Alliance cares about the quality of work. Kyle has stopped in simply to check on the facility in person. I have worked with other facilities that have had good janitorial services, but Alliance isn’t just good, they are amazing!

Communication has been great with the Alliance management team. They are always available to help when needed. Things are much cleaner, and the management team cares about the cleanliness of my facility. I know I can get ahold of Kyle or Lynnae with any concerns.

Everyone is very professional and takes the time and puts forth the effort to make this center look the best it can every night. I usually don’t have to reach out to anyone at Alliance about anything, because you are always being proactive and reaching out to me first.

Alliance’s biggest strength is the communication from top down. Their Owner and Operations Manager respond back to me very quickly and give me peace of mind knowing things will get fixed right away. They also come in consistently to evaluate the cleaner by doing monthly inspections.
The overall cleanliness of the entire facility has drastically improved!

Our personal cleaner, Ynestra, have gone above and beyond, which makes me feel Alliance hires quality employees.

I can not recommend Kyle and Alliance Maintenance highly enough. I feel confident that they have not overlooked any area of our office during a cleaning. The steps that they have taken as a company during this ever-changing season have done much to ease the burden of our business as we plan to move forward with our employees.
